1st Parents' Cup Junior Lawn Tennis Tournament!!!

Singles
U-8 boys/girls – Rs. 300/- (Mini Tennis Half Red Ball, 36 ft. court)
U-9 boys/girls – Rs. 700/- (Orange Dot Ball, 60 ft. court)
U-10 boys/girls – Rs. 700/- (Green Dot Ball, Full court)
U-12 boys/girls – Rs. 700/-
U-14 boys/girls – Rs. 700/-
U-16 boys/girls – Rs. 700/-
U-18 boys/girls – Rs. 700/-
Doubles
Open boys/girls doubles – Rs. 1000/-
Participants can participate in maximum of two single events and one double event
Note: If the numbers of participants are less than 8, in any of the events, the tournament committee will decide.

Rules and Regulations
  1. The tennis tournament will be conducted in accordance with the regulations of the International Tennis Federation (ITF) and ANLTA.
  2. The draw (tie sheet) will be prepared on 23rd June,2015 by 10:00 am at ANLTA, Satdobato, tie sheet will be posted at ANLTA Satdobato on 24th June,2015 at 4:00pm / will be available on www.nepaltennis.blogspot.com. Team Managers, Coaches & Parents are requested to attend the meeting on 23rd June,2015 at 10:00 am for tie sheet draw at ANLTA, Satdobato.
  3. The seed shall be selected by the tournament committee based on the latest available recognized singles/doubles ranking.
  4. Conduct of Match:
i)                Tie sheet will be pasted along with the timings on the tournament chart. Managers, Players, coaches and Parents are advised to observe the schedule of play closely. Dates and time of scheduled matches cannot be changed.
ii)              Tie sheet will be drawn according to the Pyramid Draw.
iii)            Doubles matches will be completed within the first two days.
iv)             All the matches will be played on pro-set basis first to eighth games. There will be advantage given. In case of tie at 8 all, it will be taken as regular tie breaker, for all categories. From quarter-finals onwards, the matches will be played on the best of 3 tie breaker sets for U-12, U-14, U-16 and U-18 singles with addvantage. There will be no advantage given for all the Doubles matches, the receiver may ask within to serve the service on deuce court or add court, after the deuce.
v)               U-8 mini tennis, the matches will be played on best of 3 super tie breakers (10 points).
vi)             U9 boy and girls matches will be conducted on 60 ft. court on pro-set till final with advantage.
vii)           U10 boy and girls matches will be conducted on full court on pro-set till final with advantage.
viii)         Player(s) should report at the tournament desk 15 minutes before the match time. In case of player failing to reach within 15 minutes of match time, opposition player will get the walkover.
ix)             Player(s) shall be entitled to a 5 minutes warm-up period before the match on the court.
x)               Player(s) shall give due regard to the authority of officials, the rights of opponents, spectators and others.
xi)             The tournament committee's decision shall be the final in any dispute that may arise.
xii)           The tournament committee shall appoint necessary officials for all the matches.
xiii)         There will be roaming umpire till quarter – finals matches.
  1. Players participating in more than one event may have to play two or more than two matches in the same day and at least half an hour rest will be provided before the next match.
  2. Match will be rescheduled in case of rain or any other unavoidable circumstances that may arise.
  3. The organizing committee owes the authority to request the participants to produce his/her original birth certificate provided by the hospital/municipality/VDC for confirmation, in case of doubt within 24 hours.


Note: All the participants, Coaches and Parents must read rules and regulations clearly. The registration fee is none refundable. We would also like to inform you that the organizers will not be responsible for any kinds of loss or damage of goods.
